Every job we take, published while it is on site
Most contractors publish a project after it is finished, photographed and lit. We publish ours from the day the site is handed to us: what the scope is, which authority it goes through, what the programme says, and what has actually happened. It is less flattering and considerably more useful, and it is the only kind of portfolio a company registered on 10 September 2026 can honestly have.

Our first project is not on site yet. When it is, it will appear here on the day it starts, and it will stay here whether it goes well or badly. Come back, or ask us directly what we have on at the moment.
Every entry will carry the same fields: the type of work, the property and the community; the status; the dates started and handed over; the scope in two or three lines; which of our crews are on it; the approvals route and any NOCs that applied; and the programme, planned against actual, with the reason for any difference. Including when the reason is us.

Where our people worked before this company existed
None of the projects below belong to this company. They belong to the people who worked on them, at the companies they worked for at the time, and they are listed that way. We are drawing the distinction because most contractors' portfolios do not, and because you can check ours.
Each entry reads: the person's name and their role here, then the role they held on a named project, for the main contractor or employer they held it with, and the years. Never “our projects”, never “we delivered”, and never a combined-years total, which is the same claim wearing a disguise.

Which of these applies depends on where your property sits, and it is the first thing we establish.
Set as text on purpose. No authority logo, emblem or crest appears on this site: reproducing one would imply an endorsement the company does not have.
Yours could be the first one on this page
The first client of a new contractor takes a risk that later ones do not, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is put more in writing than an established firm would bother to: performance guarantee, advance payment guarantee, payment against signed milestones, retention, and a defects period with a stated reaction time. Ask us and we will send the draft terms before you have sent us anything at all.
